2.1 Design Services - We provide design services including but not limited to training manuals, digital forms, social media content, and website design. - All services are subject to our current pricing structure as displayed on our website. - Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. 2.2 Website Design Services - We only create new websites from scratch and do not modify existing websites. - Website packages include specified numbers of design options as per the chosen package. - Additional designs and revisions are available at extra cost.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence any project. - Final payment is due before the delivery of final files or website launch. - All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to VAT where applicable.
4. PROJECT TIMELINES
4.1 Project Estimates - Each project will receive an estimated timeline upon commencement - Timelines are provided as general guidance and may vary based on project complexity, client response times, and current workload - Final delivery dates will be confirmed after initial consultation and receipt of all required materials - Clients will be kept informed of progress throughout the project
4.2 Timeline Factors - Project timelines are dependent on prompt client communication and feedback - Delays in client responses may result in project timeline extensions - Changes to project scope may affect delivery timeframes - Rush services, if available, may incur additional fees
